Join us for our Warhammer Age Of Sigmar Foundations Leaguea structured, beginner-friendly league designed to help new and returning players learn the game, build their armies, and enjoy the hobby in a supportive environment. Whether you’re picking up your first combat patrol or expanding into larger battles, this league provides a fun, progressive way to grow your skills and your collection.
League Structure & Schedule
The Foundations League gradually increases game size over several weeks, allowing players to learn at a comfortable pace while building and painting their forces:

• Weeks 12: Spearhead (05/01/2026- 05/15/2026)
• Start small with quick, accessible Spearheadlevel games.
• Weeks 34:750 Points (05/16/2026- 05/29/2026)
• Expand your force and begin learning more advanced rules and army synergies.
• Weeks 57:1,000 Points (05/30/2026-07/10/2026)
• Play full-sized skirmishes with more strategic depth.
• Weeks 810:1,500 Points( 06/20/2026-07/10/2026)
• Armies begin to feel more complete, offering a richer gameplay experience.
• Weeks 1113:2,000 Points(07/11/2026-07/31/26)
• Finish strong with full-size Age of Sigmar battles over three weeks.

League Purpose
The goal of the Foundations League is to encourage new players to jump into Warhammer Age of Sigmar with confidence. Throughout the league, participants are invited to:

• Learn the rules step-by-step
• Build and paint new armies
• Play in a friendly, welcoming setting
• Work toward fielding afully painted forceby the end of the league

Whether you’re brand-new or looking for a structured way to grow your collection, the Foundations League is a great way to enjoy the hobby and meet fellow players.
Prizes and Awards

• Best Overall
  Awarded to the player who demonstrates outstanding performance across all aspects of the leaguegame results, sportsmanship, hobby progress, and participation. This represents the highest achievement in the Foundations League
• Best General
  Presented to the player with the strongest overall game results by the end of the league. This award celebrates tactical skill, strategic mastery, and battlefield excellence
• Best Hobbyist
  Awarded to the participant who shows exceptional dedication to the hobby side of Warhammer 40kincluding painting, modeling, conversions, and hobby progress made throughout the league.
  
• Best Sportsmanship(Voted)
  Recognizes the player who best embodies fair play, respect, helpfulness, and a positive attitude. This award is determined by player votes and highlights the spirit of community the league aims to foster.
• Best Painted Army(Voted)
  Given to the player with the most visually impressive and well-crafted fully painted army. Judging will consider painting quality, creativity, basing, and overall presentation
• Sigmar’s Mercy
  A fun and thematic award given to the player who may not have secured the most victories, but showed resilience, improvement, and determination throughout the league. This prize honors the player who kept fightingin true Imperial fashionno matter the odds.

Prizes may vary based on participation.

Scoring

BP Battle Points

Battle Points are earned by playing games and achieving victories throughout the league. These points reflect a players performance on the battlefield.

HP Hobby Points

Hobby Points are earned by building, painting, and completing new units for your army during the league. These points reward progress in the modeling and painting aspects of the hobby.

Both scoring categories encourage players to grow in gameplay and hobby skills while progressing through the Foundations League.

Battle Points

• Play a League Game (+2BP)
• Win a League Game (+1BP)
• Bring a Fully Painted Army *Painted During League (+1BP)
• Play a New Opponent (+1BP)

Hobby Points

• Build and Paint Infantry Unit /Elite Infantry Unit /Heavy Infantry Unit (+4HP 25mm-50mm)
• Build and Paint Small Monster/Light Vehicles/ Cavalry Unit (+6HP 60-75mm)
• Build and Paint Heavy Large Monster/ Large Vehicles (+8HP 80mm-160mm)

Bonus Points

• Build /Paint your Spearhead by July 31st (+3HP)
• Build and Paint your 750 point force by July 31st (+3HP)
• Build and Paint your 1000 point force by July 31st (+3HP)
• Build and paint your 1500 point force by July 31st (+3HP)
• Build and paint your 2000 point force by July 31st (+3HP)
• Build and paint 3000 points by July 31st (+5HP)
• Play 5 Games at any point level (+3GP)
• Play 10 Games at any point level (+3GP)
• Play 15 Games at any point level (+3GP)
• Play 20 Games at any point level (+5GP)
