Model Kit

As the last variant developed for the US Navy and US Marines, the F-4J refined the earlier B model with an enhanced avionics suite and a more powerful radar. With 522 J models built between 1966 and 1972, this version of the Phanom was the primary air superiority fighter of the US Navy until the F-14 Tomcat ultimately replaced it. This kit from the Academy includes over 110 transparent and multi-color plastic parts for faithfully recreating the American F-4J Phantom II in 1/72 scale. The multi-colored parts can be assembled without glue and painting.
