The Bootleggers are stretching their influence across Chicago. For too long they have been overlooked, seen as nobodies if theyre seen at all. Well now nobody overlooks them, theyre a force to be reckoned with. Using a mixture of persuasion and violence they have people everywhere, often working under the surface they are the crucial cogs in every part of society.
